2020-2021 Student Events

Event Update

We are disappointed to announce the cancellation of our Rochester Student Event in October, and our Mankato Student Event in November. This announcement comes on the heels of our recent decision to cancel our St. Paul Student Event scheduled for early October.

As school districts across Minnesota firmed-up and announced their plans for the start of the academic year, it became clear that we could not successfully stage our fun and interactive Student Events. We held out hope that there might be a way, but the operational realities combined with safety concerns for students, teachers, volunteers, and our trades partners made it clear that cancellation was the best option.

​

No decisions have been made for Student Events scheduled in 2021. The Construct Tomorrow Board of Directors will continue to monitor and evaluate the situation.

​

We're disappointed, but resilient. Be on the lookout very soon for distance learning opportunities and new ways to learn more about the great possibilities that come with an apprenticeship education in the construction and building trades!
